VISIBLE LIGHT TRANSMISSION (VLT)
​This is the ratio of the human eye-weighted average daylight that is transmitted through the window to that which hits the window.

VISIBLE LIGHT REFLECTION (VLR)
Visible light is defined as that portion of the solar energy spectrum under average daylight conditions that is visible to the human eye, and the values given are based on the response of the human eye. The ratio of that which is reflected away from the surface of the window to that which strikes it is called the percent of visible light reflected.

​UV REJECTION (UVR)
This is the ratio to the difference in ultraviolet transmission of the glass before and after installing film. It is expressed as a percentage and is determined by the respective UV Transmission values in the glass with and without film.

TOTAL SOLAR ENERGY REJECTION (TSER)
This is a measure of how much solar energy (like heat from the sun) is blocked by the film on the glass compared to how much comes through the glass without the film. It’s expressed as a percentage, and it's calculated based on how much the film reduces the amount of sunlight and heat that passes through the glass
